هدفت الدراسة الکشف عن العلاقة بين رأس المال النفسي وکل من الرضا الوظيفي، والاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات بالروضة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات ( سنوات الخبرة – المؤهل الدراسي)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (110) معلمة من معلمات الروضة بالمدارس التجريبية ، وتم استخدام الأدوات التالية : مقياس رأس المال النفسي، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي ، مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ( اعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية إن المعلمات بالروضة يتمتعن بمستوى مرتفع من رأس المال النفسي، ويمتلکن مستوى مرتفع من الرضا الوظيفي، ولديهن مستوى متوسط من الاحتراق النفسي .کما کشفت النتائج عن : وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية ذات دلالة احصائية بين رأس المال النفسي والرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات بالروضة، وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين رأس المال النفسي والاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمات بالروضة. کما توصلت الدراسة إلى : عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات بالروضة على مقياس رأس المال النفسي، الاحتراق النفسي فيما يتعلق ( بسنوات الخبرة –المؤهل العلمي)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين مقياس الرضا الوظيفي و سنوات الخبرة، ولا توجد فروق بين مقياس الرضا الوظيفي والمؤهل العلمي .

The Relationship between Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Burnout among Kindergarten Teachers  
(in Light of Some Variables)
Abstract:
The current study aims to exploring the relationship between psychological capital, job satisfaction, and burnout among kindergarten teachers (in light of some variables) (i) years of experience and - (ii) qualification. The descriptive correlation method was applied, The sample of the study consists of (110) teachers of kindergarten in experimental schools. The tools of the study were: The Psychological Capital Scale, Burnout Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale,. The findings of the study reveal that the kindergarten teachers have a high level of psychological capital, a high level of job satisfaction; and a Medium level of Burnout. Moreover, There was a significant positive correlation between the psychological capital and job satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers, and a negative correlation between psychological capital and the Burnout of kindergarten teachers. The study also found that: There were no differences between the average grades of teachers in kindergarten on the psychological capital scale in relation to years of experience - and - academic qualification. Additionally, whilst statistically significant differences at the level 0.05 were found between the measure of job satisfaction and the years of experience, there were no differences between the measure of job satisfaction and the study qualification
