فاعلية برنامج تدريبي للطالبات المعلمات برياض الأطفال فى تنمية بعض مهارات تصميم مجلات تعليمية لطفل الروضة في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية والتقنية لتصميم المجلات الورقية والإلکترونية The Effectiveness of a Training Program for Female Kindergarten Student in Developing on Instructional Magazine design Skills for the Kindergarten Child in Lig

هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للطالبات المعلمات برياض الأطفال فى تنمية بعض مهارات تصميم مجلات تعليمية لطفل الروضة في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية والتقنية لتصميم المجلات الورقية والإلکترونية، وأجري البحث على مجموعة من الطالبات وبلغ عددهن (100) طالبة .

وأعدت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: قائمة بالمهارات الأساسية اللازمة للطالبات معلمات رياض الأطفال لتصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ، قائمة بالمعايير التربوية والفنية والتقنية لتصميم المجلات الورقية والإلکترونية والتي يتم في ضوئها تصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ، برنامج تدريبي للطالبة المعلمة برياض الأطفال لتنمية بعض مهارات تصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ، کما أعدت الباحثة أدوات القياس التالية: اختبار معرفي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية لدى الطالبات ، بطاقة ملاحظة أداء الطالبات معلمات رياض الأطفال لقياس الجانب الأدائي والمهاري لبعض مهارات تصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ، بطاقة تقييم وقياس جودة المنتج النهائى للمجلات التعليمية التي ستقوم الطالبات بتصميمها في ضوء المعايير التربوية والفنية والتقنية لتصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة .

وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي : فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للطالبات المعلمات برياض الأطفال في تنمية بعض مهارات تصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ، کما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات (عينة البحث) فى التطبيق القبلي للاختبار المعرفي ومتوسطي درجاتهن فى التطبيق البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات (عينة البحث) فى التطبيق القبلي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم المجلات التعليمية لطفل الروضة ومتوسطي درجاتهن في التطبيق البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي .
The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the training program for female kindergarten teachers in developing some skills of designing educational magazines for kindergarten children in the light of educational, technical and technical standards for designing paper and electronic magazines.                                             
     The researcher prepared the following tools: a list of the basic skills needed for kindergarten teacher students to design educational magazines for kindergarten children, a list of educational, technical and technical standards for designing paper and electronic magazines, in the light of which educational magazines are designed for kindergarten children, a training program for the kindergarten student teacher to develop some skills of designing educational magazines For the kindergarten child, the researcher also prepared the following measurement tools: a cognitive test to measure the cognitive aspects of the students, a note card for the kindergarten teachers’ performance to measure the performance and skill side of some skills of designing educational magazines for the kindergarten child, an evaluation card and measuring the quality of the final product of the educational magazines that the students will design in The light of educational, technical and technical standards for the design of educational magazines for the kindergarten child.                                                                                                  
   The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the training program for the kindergarten student teacher in developing some of the skills of designing educational magazines for the kindergarten child. and the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of female students (the research sample) in the pre-application of the observation card for the skills of designing educational magazines for kindergarten children and their average scores in the post application in favor of the post application.
