متطلبات تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدي طالبات رياض الاطفال لمواجهة تحديات العصر الرقمي ( دراسة ميدانية ) Requirements to enhance digital citizenship for kindergarten students to meet the challenges of the digital age (a field study)

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال في ضوء العصر الرقمي، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة مکونة من (150) طالبة من طالبات رياض الأطفال بجامعة کفر الشيخ، وانتهى البحث إلى وجود مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق المواطنة الرقمية في العصر الرقمي، ومن أبرز هذه المعوقات ما يلي: قلة تبادل الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال الخبرات مع الآخرين، وعدم توظيف الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال الوسائط الرقمية في الأنشطة التعليمية، کما انتهى البحث أيضاً إلى قلة احترام بعض الطالبات معلمات رياض الأطفال للضوابط والقوانين التي يجب مراعاتها عند التفاعل مع التکنولوجيا، ومنها أيضاً قلة نشر الوعي بالأخلاقيات الرقمية التي يجب اتباعها عند التعامل مع التکنولوجيا، وعدم تأکد الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال من مصداقية وموثوقية المواقع الرقمية، کما انتهى البحث الحالي إلى وجود مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لديهن في ضوء العصر الرقمي، ومن أبرز هذه المتطلبات: ضرورة تمکن الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال من التکنولوجيا الرقمية قبل استخدامها، وضرورة تدريب الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال على التواصل مع الآخرين عبر الشبکة الرقمية، ومنها أيضاً ضرورة احترام الطالبة المعلمة وجهة نظر الآخرين حول ما ينشر رقمياً، وضرورة توفير برامج الحماية والأمان اللازمة لمساعدة الطالبة معلمة رياض الأطفال على التغلب على برامج القرصنة الرقمية.
The current research aims to identify the requirements for enhancing digital citizenship among kindergarten students to meet the challenges of the digital age. The research used the descriptive approach, and the research tool was applied to a sample of (150) female kindergarten students at kafar alshaykh
 University, and (37) a faculty member. Faculty of Education, kafar alshaykh University, and the results of the research indicated that there are a number of obstacles that prevent the application of digital citizenship in the digital age, the most prominent of which are the following:The lack of exchange of experiences by kindergarten students with others, and the failure of kindergarten students to employ digital media in educational activities, and the results of the research indicated the lack of respect by some kindergarten students for the rules and laws that must be taken into account when interacting with technology, and in addition, the results showed the lack of awareness of digital ethics. Which must be followed when dealing with technology, and the lack of certainty of the kindergarten teacher student about the credibility and reliability of digital sites, and the results of the current research indicated that there are a set of requirements necessary to enhance their digital citizenship to meet the challenges of the digital age, and the most prominent of these requirements are: It enables kindergarten students to use digital technology before using it, trains kindergarten students to communicate with others via the digital network, respects the viewpoint of others about what is published digitally, and provides the necessary protection and security programs to help kindergarten students overcome digital piracy programs.
