يهدف البحث الحالى إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على التعلم الإلکترونى لتنمية مهارات توظيف بعض المستحدثات التکنولوجية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال فى نظام الدمج ، وتکونت مجموعة البحث من (17) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بالروضات الدامجة ، استخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة ، وتمثلت مواد و أدوات البحث فى قائمة بمهارات توظيف بعض المستحدثات التکنولوجية فى نظام الدمج التى ينبغى تنميتها لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ، و البرنامج التدريبي القائم على التعلم الإلکترونى المقترح ، و اختبار إلکترونى تحصيلى لقياس الجوانب المعرفية المرتبطة بمهارات توظيف بعض المستحدثات التکنولوجية فى نظام الدمج ، وبطاقة لملاحظة الأداء العملى لمهارات توظيف بعض المستحدثات التکنولوجية ، وأثبتت النتائج قوة تأثير البرنامج التدريبي القائم على التعلم الإلکترونى فى تنمية مهارات توظيف بعض المستحدثات التکنولوجية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال فى نظام الدمج ، وجاءت التوصيات بتزويد معلمات رياض الأطفال بالروضات الدامجة بکافة المعارف والمهارات التى تتعلق بتوظيف المستحدثات التکنولوجية.


The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on e-learning to develop the skills of employing some technological innovations among kindergarten teachers in the inclusion system , the research group consisted of (17) kindergarten teachers in inclusive kindergartens, the current study  used the experimental group design, The tools and material of the study include: A list of skills for employing some technological innovations in the integration system  , the training program based on e - learning proposal An electronic achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects related to the skills of employing some technological innovations in the integration system, A note card that measures the practical performance of the skills of employing some technological innovations, The results demonstrated the strong impact of the training program based on e-learning in developing the skills of employing some technological innovations among kindergarten teachers in the integration system. The recommendations came to provide kindergarten teachers with inclusive kindergartens with all the knowledge and skills related to the employment of technological innovations.
