اثر تحليل السلوك التطبيقي في تنمية التقليد وعلاقته بمهارات المشاركة الإجتماعية لدى أطفال إضطراب طيف التوحد ( دراسة حالة) The Effect of Applied Behavior Analysis Approach on Imitation and Its Relation to Social Participation Skills of Autism Spectrum Disorder Children (Case Study)

هدفت الدراسة الى تنمية مهارات التقليد لدى أطفال إضطراب طيف التوحد باستخدام برنامج قائم على فنيات تحليل لسلوك التطبيقي من خلال فنيات تكوين السلوكيات الجديدة وتطويرها (التسلسل،التشكيل، التلقين، تغيير ضبط المثير، والتدريب على المهارة )، ثم دراسة علاقة مهارات التقليد بمارات المشاركة الإجتماعية لدىهم. تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة من أطفال طيف التوحد (4أطفال بمتوسط عمري 6.4 سنوات، وانحراف معياري 0.707 ) متباينين في درجة التوحد ( 1 توحد بسيط، 3 توحد متوسط)، وذلك على مقياس كارز-2م.تم استخدام تصميم الحالة الواحدة ذو تصميم والخط القاعدي المتعدد والقياسات المتكررة . واستخدمت بطاقتي ملاحظة لمهارات التقليد والمشاركة الإجتماعية من حيث التكرار . استغرق تطبيق البرنامج 5اشهر واسفرت النتائج عن اثر البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التقليد ( التقليد الحركي للشىء والتقليد الحركي للشخص، تقليد الإيماءات، التقليد اللفظي غير ذو المعنى، التقليد اللفظي ذو المعنى) لدى جميع افراد العينة بدرجات متفاوتة . كما ارتبطت مهارات التقليد لدى أطفال عينة الدراسة بمهاراتهم في المشاركة الإجتماعية ارتباطا دالا موجبا . اوصت الدراسة باجراء مزيد من الدراسات على كل من فنيات تكوين السلوك الجديد وتعميمه في سياقات إجتماعية متنوعة لدى أطفال التوحد من خلال تصميمات بحثية متنوعة في اسلوب تحليل السلوك التطبيقي .
 The study aimed to develop imitation among children of the autism spectrum using a program based on the techniques of applied behavior analysis to develop imitation through procedures of forming and developing new behaviors (sequencing, formation, indoctrination, changing stimulus control, and skill training), then study its effect on their participation skills .The study was conducted on a sample of autism spectrum children (5 children with average age  and standard deviation) with varying degrees of autism (1 mild autism, 3 moderate autism )on the CARS-2 scale. A single case design with a variable criterion and multiple baseline design was used .Two continuous observation checklists for imitation and participation were used  in terms of intensity of behavior. The program lasted for 5months, and the results showed the impact of the program on developing imitation skills (imitation of an object ,body movements, gestures, verbal non meaningful. meaningful verbal ) among all members of the sample to varying degrees. The imitation skills of the children of the study sample were also positively correlated with their skills in social and emotional participation. The study recommended conducting more studies on each of the techniques of forming new behavior for autistic children through various research designs in the method of applied behavior analysis.
