برنامج تدريبي لتطوير مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة وأثره على مهارات العمل الجماعي لديهن

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي لتطوير مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة وقياس أثره على مهارات العمل الجماعي لديهن، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة (التجريبية)، وأُجري البحث على عينة من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة بقسم الائحة الموحدة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعة الفيوم بلغ عددها (45) طالبة، وقد تم استخدام مواد البحث التالية: قائمة أبعاد مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، قائمة مهارات العمل الجماعي لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، وبرنامجاً تدريبياً لتطوير مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة،  ولقد تم استخدام أدوات القياس التالية: مقياس مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، ومقياس مهارات العمل الجماعي لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة (جميع المواد والأدوات إعداد الباحثة)، ولقد أشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تطوير أبعاد مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية (التوجه نحو المشكلة، تحديد المشكلة، دراسة المشكلة، طرح الحلول، المفاضلة بين الحلول، اختيار الحل المناسب) لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، ووجود أثر موجب ودال لتأثير برنامج البحث الحالي على تنمية مهارات العمل الجماعي (الاتصال الفعال، التعاون، مشاركة المعلومات، القيادة، التفكير الناقد، اتخاذ القرار) لدى طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة، وأوصى البحث بأهمية تدريب الطالبات المعلمات على مهارة حل المشكلات المهنية بأساليب واستراتيجيات متنوعة، وضرورة البحث عن التقنيات والأساليب وأنواع الأنشطة الهادفة لتطوير مهارات العمل الجماعي لديهن في ظروف التعلم عن بعد.
   The Current Research aims to prepare a Training Program to develop The College of Early Childhood Education Students's Solving Professional Problems Skill and its impact on their Teamwork Skills, the experimental approach has been used with the one group (experimental), the sample was consisted of fourth division students of the department of the unified regulation at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Fayoum University, their number was (45) student, the following research materials were used: the College of Early Childhood Education Students's Solving Professional Problems Skill Dimensions List, the College of Early Childhood Education Students's Teamwork Skills Dimensions List, A Training Program to Develop the College of Early Childhood Education Students's Solving Professional Problems Skill, Measurement Tools were also used: The College of Early Childhood Education Students's Solving Professional Problems Skill Scale, the College of Early Childhood Education Students's Teamwork Skills Scale (All these materials and tools are prepared by the researcher), The results have been indicated to the effectiveness of The Training Program in developing of Solving Professional Problems Skill dimensions (Orienting towards the problem, defining the problem, studying the problem, proposing solutions, Superlative between solutions, choosing the appropriate solution) for the College of Early Childhood Education Students, and existence of a positive and indicative effect for the impact of the current research program on the development of Teamwork Skills (effective communication, collaboration, information sharing, leadership, critical thinking, decision-making) for the College of Early Childhood Education Students, the research recommended the importance of training female teachers on Solving Professional Problems Skill using various methods and strategies, and the need to search for techniques, methods and types of targeted activities to develop their teamwork skills in distance learning conditions.
