استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مواصفات الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين التي يجب أن يمتلکها الطفل والتعرف علي أثر متغيرات (الوظيفة وسنوات الخبرة وموقع الروضة) علي مستوي توافرهذه المتطلبات وصولا لتحديد الآليات اللازمة لتحقيق متطلبات الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين.
واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة کأداة رئيسية لجمع بيانات البحث من خلال تطبيق البحث على عينة عشوائية بلغت (130 معلمة وموجهه ومدير مرحلة رياض الأطفال بمحافظة البحيرة)، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث:
1. تتوافر المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط الکلي (1.8)، وبنسبة مئوية (60%).

2. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعًا لمتغير الوظيفة.


3. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعًا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.

4. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحقيق الروضة الجاذبة في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين تبعًا لمتغير موقع الروضة.
Summary
The current research aimed to identify the attractive specifications of kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century that the child must possess and to identify the impact of variables (job, years of experience and the location of kindergarten) at the level of availability of these requirements to determine the mechanisms necessary to achieve the requirements of the attractive kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a key tool for collecting research data by applying the research to a random sample of 130 teachers and mentors and the director of kindergarten in Lake Governorate, and the most prominent findings of the research include:
 The educational requirements for achieving attractive kindergarten are met in the light of the skills of the 21st century with a medium average of 1.8 per cent and a percentage (60%).
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05) in the educational requirements necessary to achieve attractive kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century depending on the job changer.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05) in the educational requirements necessary to achieve attractive kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century depending on the variable years of experience.
 There are no statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05) in the educational requirements necessary to achieve attractive kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century depending on the variable location of the kindergarten.
