واقع تطبيق الشراكة بين الأسرة والروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030م من وجهة نظر المعلمات The Reality of Partnership Application Between The Family and The Kindergarten According to Vision 2030 From The Teachers’ View

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الشراكة بين الأسرة والروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030م، ومعرفة دور كلٍّ من الأسرة والروضة في الشراكة، ومعرفة المعوقات التي تحدّ من تطبيق الشراكة من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مدينة الهفوف بمحافظة الأحساء، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (25) فقرة، وقد تؤكِّد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، وطُبِّقت على عينة عشوائية، بلغت (100) معلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: موافقتهن حول واقع تطبيق الشراكة بين الأسرة والروضة في ضوء رؤية 2030م بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.06 من 5.00)، وموافقتهن حول دور الأسرة في الشراكة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.04 من 5.00)، وأيضاً موافقتهن حول دور الروضة في الشراكة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.01 من 5.00)، وهو متوسط، يقع في الفئة الثالثة من فئات المقياس الخماسي (من 2.61 إلى 3.40)، وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار محايد على أداة الدراسة، وتوصلت إلى وجود المعوقات التي تحدّ من تطبيق الشراكة التي جاءت بمتوسط حسابي، بلغ (3.42 من 5.00)، وهو متوسط، يقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي (من ٣.٤١ إلى ٤.٢٠)، وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار (موافق) على أداة الدراسة.
 The study aimed to define the reality of partnership application between the family and the kindergarten according to vision 2030, the role of each, and the obstacles that eliminate the application of the partnership from the teachers’ view in Hofuf, Alahsa governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach by using a questionnaire consisting of (25) items applied on a random sample of (100) teachers. The results showed that the members of the sample agree with the reality of the partnership application between the family and the kindergarten according to vision 2030 with (3.06 out of 5.00) average, their agreement about the role of the family within the partnership with (3.04 out of 5.00) average, and their agreement about the role of the kindergarten within the partnership with (3.01 out of 5.00) average. This average is located within the third grade of the 5 grades scale (from 2.61 to 3.40). This grade indicates a neutral choice of the tool of the study. It also discovered that there are obstacles that eliminate partnership application which was in (3.42 out of 5.00) average which located within the fourth grade of the 5 grades scale (from 3.41 to 4.20) which indicates an agreement choice of the tool of the study.
